I’ve never trained. Is that okay?

Yes. Most members started with zero experience. Your first classes cover the basics.

What should I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes and water. If you own a gi, bring it.

Is the first class free?

No. We don’t do free trials, so classes stay full of people who are serious. Questions? Call (610) 441-4559.

Do you train kids?

Yes, from age 7. Book a separate spot for each person.
